NO-GUILT NOT-CHEESE GRILLED SANDWICH with MISO MAYO

Ingredients

  • Rice or Soy Cheese (like Veggie Slices)
  • Onion
  • Sliced Tomato
  • Organic Earth Balance Butter Substitute
  • No-milk no-dairy bread

Directions

  1. Saute onions in pan.
  2. Remove onions and wipe pan clean.
  3. "Butter" bread and grill in pan, topped with sliced not-cheese, to melt.
  4. Spread with MISO MAYO (any flavor!).
  5. Add sauted onions and sliced tomato
