Crab Cakes with MISO MAYO

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. canned crab meat
  • 1 Cup plain bread crumbs
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 Tbs mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp seafood seasoning
  • 1 Tbs Worcester sauce
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 tsp prepared mustard
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 Tbs fresh chopped parsley
  • Hot Sauce to taste
  • Oil

Directions

  1. Mix all the ingredients - add crabmeat and bread crumbs last.
  2. Make into patties: small for appetizers or larger for meal or sandwiches.
  3. Chill for a bit and sauté in hot oil.
  4. Serve with Spicy Red Pepper MISO MAYO and/or Garlic 'n' Dill MISO MAYO.
  5. Or make a sandwich with a hamburger bun, lettuce, onion and tomato and MISO MAYO, any flavor
