Veggie Salad with MISO MAYO
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup of raw, organic baby spinach, coarsely chopped
- 1/3 cup raw, organic celery - coarsely chopped
- 1 1/2 medium organic carrot cut into rounds
- 1/2 organic ripe avocado, cut into 1/2 inch squares
- 1/3 cup organic, raw purple cabbage, cut into 1 inch slices
- 1/8 cup organic, raw apple, coarsely chopped
- Miso Mayo to taste
Instructions:
- Place first 6 ingredients into a bowl. Stir in Miso Mayo. Enjoy.
For variation add:
1-2 T raw organic sunflower seeds or raw chopped pecans
1/3 c. organic chicken (cooked and cut into ½ inch cubes)
